Many will say this is the first of its kind and are thankful to have representation at the top. An “African American” woman has finally been selected to be the #2 in America’s long history of male only candidates. Some will say, having this VP pick as a woman is a pick for the people. My response, what people or better yet what kind of people?

Kamala Harris was sworn in by VP Joe Biden in 2017 as the first Indian-American United States Senator. The mainstream media reported she was an Indian-American but during her run President in 2016 she was hailed as the first African-American woman running for the top slot. Now that she has been selected as Joe Biden’s VP pick she is back to being the first African American woman in history to be chosen. Is this ethnicity of convenience on display or pure deception for the sake of identity politics? Kamala’s mother is Indian and her father is Jamaican.

That really isn’t the biggest issue I take with Kamala. If she chooses to identify as a South African tomorrow I wouldn’t miss my mid-day nap. My issue is the complete and utter disgraceful deception this woman has displayed to make it to where she is today.

U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris is descended from the 19th-century Irish slave owner Hamilton Brown. The namesake of Brown’s Town in Jamaica, who recruited massive numbers of Irish migrants to Jamaica to work on his sugar plantations after the British empire abolished slavery. Kamala isn’t African-American although she permits others to label her as so as long as it benefits her politically. She is a descendant of slave owners from Jamaica per her father, Donald Harris. Unfortunately, this may become a problem for her if the topic of “reparations” comes up.

In an essay titled, “Reflections of a Jamaican Father,” Donald Harris, the father of Sen. Kamala Harris, revealed that his daughter is a descendant of Jamaican plantation slave owners not slaves. He eventually disassociated himself and family from Kamala during her run for POTUS after she disgracefully evoked a stereotype of Jamaicans as “pot heads” while being interviewed about her position on legalizing marijuana on a well known urban radio show, The Breakfast Club.

In life, we tend to associate ourselves with those we most favorably identify with. Areas such as politics, marriage, finance, culture, religion are all areas people who walk together tend to agree more than disagree. For these reasons, seeing today’s announcement of Joe Biden’s pick for Vice President did not surprise me at all. Both have very similar views politically and morally. Amos 3:3 says, “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?”

The issue with identity politics is this, it says leave every conviction you have at the door and line up with the candidate because of their religion, race, social background, class or other identifying factor. Because you two share a particular identifying quality you discard any and all other beliefs and simply vote with the identifying factor of your choice. In layman’s terms, if you’re black vote for Kamala Harris because she’s “black.” This is what happened in 2008 with Barack Obama. So many people of color voted for him simply because he was Black and had no idea what other moral decaying principles he secretly held. This is yet again the playbook of this fleshly led political party and yet the Lord says clearly, “for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7

A supporter of abortion rights, Kamala Harris voted as Democratic Senator of California against a bill that would limit abortions to the first 20 weeks of pregnancy. This is literally the 2nd trimester of a pregnancy and she still wanted full term abortion. As California Attorney General (AG), she conspired with Planned Parenthood and launched an aggressive investigation of anti-abortion activist David Daleiden in order to later prosecute him. The crime, they differed in their beliefs on abortion rights. Kamala Harris’ relationship with Planned Parenthood is strong!

Kamala Harris co-sponsored Women’s Health Protection Act. This is Roe v. Wade on steroids. Sadly, the bill also uses the 14th Amendment to justify abortion, as the Supreme Court did, even though in actuality it would make much more sense to protect the lives of unborn Americans. Let me list a few of Kamala Harris’ positions:

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris couldn’t be more different from President Trump and VP Mike Pence. While Biden and Harris support abortions up to birth with taxpayer funding of abortions through Planned Parenthood, President Trump and VP Pence want to protect the right to life of innocent children. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have support from none other than The Satanic Temple, and Planned Parenthood. Is this not crystal clear who is supporting these two candidates for the highest office of the land? SATAN.

I take issue with the lies and hypocrisy throughout her political career but she’s a politician so that isn’t the biggest thorn. The main issue I as a Christian, American and soon to be mother is her stance on abortion as a right. What this truly boils down to is a Joshua 24:15 choice, “choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve.” This election is in the smack middle of a major spiritual battle. America isn’t the battleground–souls are. This election is crucial for the future of the nuclear family, American prosperity, Religious Freedom, and Constitutional Rights. For these reasons, as for me and my family we will serve the Lord and say a big fat NO to the #BidenHarris ticket!

I am committing to praying for this woman’s heart to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ and for her eyes to be unveiled. If Jesus did it for Saul of Tarsus, he can surely do it for Kamala Harris of Canada.
