Are you a Dreamer?

Dreaming has always been a means by which the unseen lends itself to the natural. Are you a dreamer? Do you wake up trying to remember the details of your dreams or are you someone who remembers each and every detail of it? I personally am not a dreamer. I can have one or two at a time or perhaps none that I recall, but when the Lord is getting a message to me I remember every single details clearly. I’ve thought to myself, now why is that Lord? Why are you permitting me to remember these details but no others? The answer was simply given just as simply as it was asked, “The details you remember are the messages God is delivering to you for pondering and action.” Dreams have always been a mode of transportation for communication. Now before you get spooked and think I’m writing on behalf of the Illuminate or the New Age Movement, please go to your nearest Bible pick it up and open it. You will find countless of “Dreamers” mentioned in the Bible. In fact, dreams are nothing more than visions of the night. So when one is mentioned biblically as having entered into a vision and it was daytime this would be considered a dream had it been at night. So if dreams are modes of transportation for communication that leads to my next question, who is it that is doing the communication?

HALLOWEEN & JESUS CHRIST

October 31, 2016

This morning in my prayer time, I decided to ask the Lord several questions that I sincerely wanted answers for. One of them was strikingly different from all of the rest, however I felt a peace in my heart when asking him this question. What you are about to read is my dialogue with the Lord about Halloween.

There’s Power in the Blood of Jesus

There’s Power in the Blood of Jesus

You are uniquely designed. Designed to withstand car accidents, football injuries, skateboard wrecks, painful break-ups, and especially dental visits. You are strong! Your health doesn’t fail because it wants to. It fails because something greater than itself is not ingested daily.

The Blood of Jesus is both literal and figurative in nature. It is multidimensional and yet you and I can have our own experience with the Blood of Jesus daily if we would like. We have a choice to engage with the literal Blood of Jesus by faith. In Luke 22:19-20, Jesus provided us all with the significance of the communion elements during a conversation he had with his Disciples. Have you ever asked, why is bread significant or why is wine significant? I’ve asked. I’ve asked why did Jesus need to give humanity figurative examples to understand the magnitude of his sacrifice? Here is why, they both represent the broken Body of Christ and the new covenant agreement between God and His children. Nothing else written or affirmed has this kind of power. The Blood of Jesus signifies new membership, new agreement, new awareness, new identity, new life, and new eternity. Without the Blood of Jesus, there would be no life in any form of creation. There would only be the eternal promise of death.

During most of my fasts, I take communion daily as a form of receiving supernatural strength and healing. Everyday since August 14, 2016, I’ve taken the communion elements. Each day I take a piece of flat bread and a small cup of grape juice into my body.  I can say, just shy of 14 days with no food, only water I was just as strong as if I had three meals per day with vitamins and daily exercise. Reflection

What must happen for a soul to reflect? Must there be a loss of life or an addition of life; a shift in expectations or the understanding of disappointment. Reflection is often associated with a reaction of the mind and revaluation of the heart. It’s a gift from God actually. Reflection is not limited to this realm or on this earth. Millions of souls reflect in the quarters of their eternal confinement called Hell. There, they reflect on the countless of opportunities they had to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior while remembering the countless of times they refused or disobeyed His gentle nudges. God gives multiple opportunities for His children to ultimately choose Him before their final heartbeat is reached. Continue reading “Reflection”
